Vodafone Fiji's Pathetic Flash Net Service

I am sure I am writing on behalf of hundreds of people who are disappointed with the service vodafone is providing in the name of supposed fast and reliable "on the go"  flash net device.
My life is very much connected with family members and friends who live abroad and as such, I need to be able to access the internet whenever there is a need.
But thanks to vodafone whenever I try to connect to talk to them, my flashnet gives me a message "Mobile connection not possible. Ensure that no other programs are using
your selected device, and try again in a short while."
Can vodafone explain "which"  other "program" does my laptop use to access the device other than my operating system? And not only that...it keeps telling me "no device" when the device is properly detected by the computer.
I have been using the beautiful phrase "patience is a virtue" with Vodafone Fiji's flashnet device since last year August. Have even discarded my old device which was supposedly "faulty" and bought a new one this year forking our extra $79-00 from my budget. Not only that....I even went ahead and bought a new laptop but I still faced the same problem. Dear vodafone, atleast deliver what you promise to us! Your "power to you" is actually a "mental blackout" to many of us.
Vodafone's portfolio has a famous word mentioned "consistency" in it. I understand this means "not a consistency on the network reliability part, but a consistency on the bills prepared." I never get connected on time but my post box receives a bill from vodafone right on time. Even if that means that i havent been able to connect for a whole month! Its high time you fix your network problems, rather than texting me in the middle of the night reminding me to recharge my fone in order 2 increase my 'vodastar'!
I always trusted vodafone over other ISP's but I guess just like others, I too was fooled by the supposed "make the most of now". This slogan was suited fine when flashnet was initially introduced with good speed and reliability. I assume vodafone was trying to say that we as consumers should have "made the most of then" when the flashnet was actually working! 

Switching to Kidanet has finally gotten me out of this mess!
